As an independent professional, Michelle needs to introduce herself to each visitor in a quick and simple form. Keeping the theme from the homepage and with plenty of space around the text. An image to give a visual introduction to Michelle and a quote from a client helps visitors get a quick glimpse of who she is. A large header introduction helps visitors know what kind of service Michelle offers, in three simple words!
Many customers will visit your website through mobile devices. Therefore, each site I build considers this in the design process. Michelle’s site had a large image to show her working, with a large title to emphasise her professionalism.
The simple logo in the corner is clear to read, while hinting at a signature written in lipstick. The pink colour brings the theme of her work throughout the title and her site.
More Header text to highlight the services, with further details set below it. The pink theme is carried through to the two options, with clear examples of her work. The logo and menu carry through each page to help visitors focus on the specific content.
The visitor to MakeUp by Michelle will obviously want to see the work of the artist. Therefore, we created two pages of mixed examples of Michelle at work and some close up images of the style and precision of her work.
One of the reasons Michelle wanted a website was to help potential clients, local & overseas, see how professionally she works.
Each image will enlarge when clicked to help visitors have a better look at the work. As her catalogue builds up we can add more images, or edit some out if necessary.
